NOP FJ40 Custom made

This my first Fj40 with Tamiya Body.
The goal to have stock Fj40 with as much possible custom parts made by our workshop.
Custom parts "thumbsup"
- Custom Scale Chassis (Al 6061 bend 5 deg)
- Custom axle (Hybrid Bruiser RN36 + axial + XR10)
- Custom wheels, classic model
- Custom body (based om Lexa Tamiya + interior)
- Custom Winch

Custom Chassis

Material : AL 6061
Cutting : CNC milling
Manual bending aout 5 deg.

custom tower shock

original Fj40 have an unique tower shock, but for scale 1:10 seems too short so tried to make custom shock tower for more travel.

Custom AXLE

Here the hybrid custom axle made for this build..
The new bruiser axle (RN36) seems nice candidate with slim casing the proble is too wide.
we do cut and fit to the axial C hub and knuckle :shock:
Have XR10 xvd to modified to as a shaft the the axle...."thumbsup"

Gear Box and motor mounting

transmision : HPI GRU + custom gearbox.
Due to size need to modify the old gear box (Al).
Gear : Axial
Gear box : Delrin manual lathe and milling
