not happy... parts only machined half way....

they are the little parts that go in the axles.... were the drive shaft and the knuckle meet, it uses two set screws to hold it in.... has three holes.... i am not sure what it is called, but any ways, only half of the whole is drilled through so i cant run the kit till i get a new one... any idea on were i can get it?

Are you talking about the "small cylinder shaped parts above?
If I understand you correctly these were not properly tapped out. If one side it tapped out that is all that's required. One grub screw PER cyclinder.

Otherwise.....

Notice this set does not include "set screws / grub screws" that thread INTO the small barrels to hold the cross pin. INSTEAD they use a retaining ring that goes around the outer part of the stub axles to keep the pins in place. You can do the same. Just built the axles WITHOUT the set screws and use a piece of heat shrink ( auto parts store / radio shack ) AROUND the axle to keep the pins in place. The grub screw is only there to keep the pin from shifting out of place. The heat shrink will take care of this. The heat shrink will basically be used as the metal black rings are being used in the pic above. Alot of the newer CVD's being designed now use this same method to secure the pin in place as the grub screws tend to work themselves loose. "thumbsup" :ror:
