Noticed Something About Car Action Mag.

Has anyone else noticed or am I imagining things that "Car Action Magazine" only does articles and features on companies that run adds? Ex, when was the last time you saw a new Holmes or Vanquish product reviewed? For me this is not what a magazine should be. I have emailed them multiple times and asked about a Vanquish Phoenix review. Nothing at all in return!

Pretty much anything in printed and/or legacy media of all types these days is paid for by advertisers. Make of that what you will and read between the lines where a magazine review is concerned.

As above, it’s a dying body of art. Very few magazines today to start and auto and models were slim picks anyways.

Um, it’s been like that for decades, a lot of the Peterson magazines were like that and when Sport Compact Car decided to do a test of more “scammy” products advertised and gave honest results, those advertisers walked away and it killed the magazine.

Can't argue that, even YouTubers give high reviews on crap to keep the freebe's coming.
