novak problems?

Hey guys I was just wondering if any one has been having problems with any novak products lately? I work at the lhs and have seen three goat systems fail and a couple rotors that have desitiergrate into a million pieces all in the past few months.... just wanted to see if anyone else was having hell with them lately

I've been running a Goat for about a year with no problems what so ever.
In fact I've never even cleaned the motor which I will do soon. :lol:
There is a official Novak thread for problems and a couple of the Novak guys help with any problems we have here. It is actually a pretty popular motor ESC combo for rock crawling because of it's smoothness and torque there have been a tons of units sold so I'm sure there are a few red Herring stories out there.

The Novak guys are top notch and will stand behind there products.I have personl experiance with thier custmer service and was very pleased.

yeah I know novaks good i still have a couple old roosters from the stone age that still work..... I've always held novak as one of the best.... maybe we just got a bad batch of them or something.....

Ditto on NAVAK'S support. Charlie is Top-Notch for support and knowledge. I also have about a dozen ESC's from the past and they all still work. Even from the t-1 and t-4 days.

Hey Redronin, sounds like you should give Novak a call regarding the problems you've been experiencing. They can't help you if they don't know whats going on. They are always ready to help.

my buddy was running a brand new goat less than two weeks old on a 2100 2 cell lipo and it fried it. novak is replacing it.
