I know this video isn't of a crawler, but this is how I did my new SCX10 II. Pictures after video

Here is the How To Video i used to make the paint work

Here is a link to the Camo Pattern. As it is designed for 28mm miniatures, I only used 1/4 of the pattern, enlarging it x4 to use on my Crawler.

Wow! That looks darn good! Is it painted from the outside or inside?

The RTR come pre painted a dull grey. So i had to paint it on the outside.
  1. Roughed up the surface using a kitchen scourer
  2. Masked out the windows, inside and out.
  3. Fine mist of primer (used for 28mm miniatures)
  4. Fine mist of the sand colour, layering up to opaque
  5. Placed first set of decals
  6. layered up the green
  7. Placed second set of decals
  8. Layered up the black.
  9. Removed all decals
  10. Matte clear cover to seal and protect.

Oh. Should’ve known that by the links in the pic. Awesome looking paint anyhow!
