PARC and NARCCA combined comp in JULY with camping?

How about a combined comp weekend between PARC, SARCCA, and NARCCA?

Id say in the middle of July at Kaibab Lake near Williams AZ, we can reserve the group site for Friday and Saturday night and everyone head home sunday afternoon.

we where thinking the 18th-20th of july.

any thoughts?

Brian I think you have a great Idea. We will have
some hot temps here around that time. It will miss
our Comp dates. Lets start making some plans for it.

some I believe so if not full at least water LOL. my thought is to rent the group space and let everyone camp there.. It will probably be our only chance to get enough space to fit us all

That's cool...I can also check the campground out online.
Man, I think this could be a lot of fun if we can get everyone together for this event! Maybe we could get together some sort of prizes or trophy for 1st through 3rd place?

Thank you for the invite guys(rockwerks)!! I will definitely be in for this!!! Be great to get out of the blazing heat of Tucson. I will forward the invite to all of our club members and see what kind of caravan we can get moving North!! July 18th-20th just happens to be an off week for our Summer Points Series(Not Posted Yet).

I need a body count ASAP to know how much campground group to reserve for us. each group site which will hold up to 14 cars and 63 people is 130.00 a night. we will be charging an entry fee to cover the camping fees so we get the more group sites we need. email your guys to see how many want to go tonight and tomorrow so we can reserve the sites, These are on a first come first served basis. we need to move quick. IM thinking 15.00 to 20.00 per entry for the entire weekend should cover fees

COOL WE CAN GET 2 GROUP SITES THAT SHOULD HOLD NEARLY EVERYONE IN AZ THAT CRAWLS.
