PayPal & bill me now question

Long story short, haven't had PayPal in quite some years, so I signed back up for it, got bill me later on there also, just wondering could I use bill me later to buy some off of here also? Read about it, just said i could use it on online stores, so figured you of you guys/gals knew.

If I remember correctly it has to be stores that accept the bml payment. Don't think you could use it for p2p buys.
