For those who want to watch the ITV 1 live stream, google ExpatShield. It's a program intended for Brits who live abroad.
What it does, basically, is assign you a UK IP. When visiting ITV.com, ITV.com will think you are in fact living in the UK, and allow you to watch its live stream. Easy as that.
