I will be using a gopro. wanted to know whats the best/easiest to get the hang of video editing. Also I tried posting some video taken on my iPhone, and couldn't even get it downloaded to photobucket. Another reason I'm asking. I pay a subscription monthly for photobucket. I can honestly say the program frustrates me more than its worth. If I could find a program that could edit photo, edit video, and post all to forums I would be a happy camper.

I was hoping to open some conversation on this subject since I know there are some very talented video makers here. There has to be a better way.

If you are using a GoPro, get their free Studio Edit Software:

GoPro Studio Edit Software

GoPro uses an odd codec that makes it unfriendly for a lot of editing software to import. Or has this changed? I use the GoPro software to export what I want out, then use Premier to edit.

When I was using a PC to edit, I used Sony Vegas. Cost was about $99 and was a pretty nice program with a lot of features.

Now I run a MAC and use iMovie mainly. I'd like to go to Final Cut Pro but I want a Macbook Pro before I do that.
