This body seems narrow. Wanted to know if the body will fit using a full size battery tray. I have the optional vaterra tray that fits width wise.8)

The Proline body or? The last PL Power Wagon body I looked at was made for Traxxas Stamped and it's narrow but I've seen several Ascender guys running them. Large battteries are not good in crawlers, more weight up high, I like to run small-medium size 3s LIHV batteries in mine about 3600mah or so.

I doubt it will fit. I can get some measurements for you later today if you'd like.

I agree with Nate, small batteries or shorties are the way to go and you can still get quite long run times out of them.

EDIT: the width of the cab is about 5 1/2" - 5 5/8" at the narrowest point.
