I was just wondering if anyone on here is running these pulse racing lipo's and any thoughts/feedback on then. Thanks
No. Go with something tested and proven for years like SMC or HobbyKing.
Interesting. That's why I've never heard of them. Do you know the name of the parent company if they have one?Pulse is a really good brand, but their batteries are more geared toward the air markets. I would recommend them over a HobbyKing battery if they have a battery in the form factor he is looking for.

Pulse is kind of expensive considering they're soft case which I personally try to avoid in off road vehicles. If you can get them locally and cheaper then it might be worth it.
I'd personally still go with SMC or HobbyKing. I've had great luck with dozens of Turnigy and Zippy batteries from HobbyKing in a variety of shapes, sizes, and number of cells and in all forms of RC from racing to bashing to crawling.
Cool. Now hopefully they expand to hard cases.I think they are independently/American owned. Their packs are typically cost a little bit more, but they are very well made.
Maybe this is a dumb question but I'll ask it anyway. Why would it matter that your lipo's were intended for flight and not surface Use? Four and a half years ago when I got out of rc we were all using e-flight 3s lipo's in our comp crawlers and never had any issues. Thanks guys I really don't know much about lipos.
It wouldn't matter. As Robert stated, air LiPos typically do not have a hard case because they shed as much weight as possible in aircraft. And the size and shape might be different than what is standard for a ground RC.Maybe this is a dumb question but I'll ask it anyway. The packs will still be made in china, Shenzhen ACEPOW Electronics Co. Ltd , by that mob"thumbsup"
Call it any way ya want, but just about all lipos come from the same couple of factories;-)
