Last night my wife and I drove down to Corpus Christi to see the Dropkick Murphys. Here are a few pics:

(the first two pics were during a song called "Kiss me, I'm Shitfaced")

The Texas Coast sure is nice this time of year!

Hey no problem. It was my first time to see them (they dont come down to Texas much). I will be in Boston in the beginning of 2009 and will be looking up any possible shows!

More info into some newer punk music....I just got the new Tom Gabel (lead singer of Against Me!) solo album and it is awesome!! A little slower than some of the older AM stuff, but still good Anarchy Punk.

BTW, I ordered it Monday evening from www.interpunk.com and it arrived this morning. I think I will be ordering from this site again!!

Ah, Irish Drinking Music! Thanks, in for the chance!!!

The only time I was lucky enough to see them was long ago when they played along side Anti-Flag. I'll tell you what that crowd was nothing but riots and fights due to the Skinheads and the Punks clashing.

Weirdest part was I was there with my gf at the time who was a picture perfect Rudegirl so we kinda stuck out.

Damn....sounds like a fun show!

Anti-Flag sure does bring out the angry in a crowd. I've seen them with Against Me and Rise Against....good show.

Rise Against, I went to school and used to play in band with the drummer Brandon.

They are pretty good. I really liked their first and third albums (Unraveling, Siren...) but havent listened to any of their other albums....

 You play?
I was the best damn rodie you could have on tour. I've known the Eight Bucks since before they started and went to every local show for years. Finally got the chance and the BALLS to tour with some crazy MF'ers and had a blast. I do some guest vocals too , nothing like yelling into a microphone all drunk and stupid.

:shock: Is right! I guess I would not expect anything less:flipoff: Does that mean I need to bring the amp and mic this weekend:?: We can have the nightly stylings of FUZZY SLUDGE:lol::lol:
