I have a new B6 charger. Had a couple in the past and they always worked great. Not sure if this new one has a problem or not as I am using nimh bats and I never really used them before. I have a 3000, a 5000, and two mini 1100 packs. I discharged them and put them on a 1 amp charge. The 1100 pack was still charging past 1400 and the 3000 pack was still charging at 4300 when I pulled it off. Niether pack was hot. Is it not detecting when they peak or are the new nimh bats just more robust? I don’t want to fry them. Peak detection is set at default.

Are you sure it's in nimh charge mode?
