QUICRUN 08 ESC Dual Brushed

You can just get the quicrun 10 and continue using the dig. It resolves the cog issue and I did it before upgrading to dual esc.

Thank you for the reply.

Sorry, I am confused as to specifically what ESC you are referring to. Both the 1080 and 1060 are for a single motor application, unless I missed something.
Could you explain a little more please?

Thanks

What is a Quicrun 10?

I have the WP 860 in my stock Clod Buster and I haven't had any problems with it. But I haven't crawled with it.

It's the 1060. The quicrun 08 has 2 sets or motor output wires, I have one of them and can handle a larger battery but don't quote me on the specs (it's been awhile). I believe 08 is for 1/8 scale where 10 is for 1/10 scale. The 08 is a good deal larger and heavier than the 1060.

I think some of the confusion on this thread is that HobbyWing changed names of the ESCs. The 1060 is a single motor, brushed ESC. The 1080 is a single motor, brushed ESC. The 860 is a dual motor, brushed ESC.

Agreed, the one in the link he posted about above is the 08 dual motor brushed which isn't necessary for the bully rtr. The single motor brushed etc is fine and I've used the 1060 with the dig on the bully rtr which eliminated the coughing from the outcry esc. Hope that makes sense haha

No need for a "dual motor" ESC. All of them can do it. I see the 1080 is "safe" to 18 turns. That's two 35 turn motors in parallel and is about 18 turns. Most likely fine.

There's that, but I didn't mention it because I think this thread is already confusing people...

Quicrun is the name, numbers are the model.

1625 - 16th scale 25 amp
1060 - 10th scale 60 amp
1080 - 10th scale 80 amp
0860 - 8th scale 60 amp

Seems easy enough to me.

Look at OP's link. The 860 used to be called the 08. Now it's the 860. That's where the confusion in this thread started.

I can confirm. I have used the wp1080 with dual 35t motors and it worked flawless.
