Radio question

I recently bought a Tamiya Toyota Tundra Highlift and a Ford F-350 Highlift. I also bought the Pick up truck Multi Function Control unit MFC-02 and having trouble picking out a radio. I want to add more features like a winch and a few others little things.

I don't want to buy the 4 channel Futaba radio that is recommended. I don't know if any other radio would work. I would like to have everything on its own channel. It says that I would have problems with the digital radios since they don't have manual trim buttons next to the sticks.

I am hoping someone here has had experience with this that can help me with this problem. I don't want to make a 300-400.00 mistake and buy the wrong radio.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check out the hacked GT3B or GT3C. With the hacked firmware you are getting features found on the $300+ radios plus up to 8 channels depending on the receiver you pick. Even with all of the upgrades it is just a little bit over a hundred dollars. I have both a Futaba 4PL and a hacked GT3B and I like both.
