If you're browsing this thread and wondering what RC Scotland is about, we're a friendly bunch of people with a variety of age groups that like to go on adventures with Scale crawlers.

We have meets for friendly trail runs with some banter as often as we can and every now and then we have crawler competitions as well.

Everyone is welcome regardless of age or gender.

If you're in Scotland, or don't mind traveling to Scotland for events and have a crawler or are looking to get one and go out with friendly people with a good knowledge base check out our Facebook group.

We also have Youtube channel here.

We have a few events planned already throughout the year.

I will update below with the latest info on events and meets - all welcome
*************************

The next event is Sunday,*23rd of September*at*11:30–16:30 on the*Eildon Hills, near the Scottish border.

From the Facebook group post

"Just when you thought it was safe to turn off your controller RC Scale Scotland make a return visit to this popular trail Eildon Hill near Melrose in the Scottish Borders for another Scale crawl . For those that made the trip last year it was 4 hours, 4 miles of tracks for our mighty miniature off roaders . A mixture of light trails over the hill mixed with a few technical challenges too ! Outdoor clothing and footwear essential . Bring a pack lunch it's going to be another great gathering with RC Scale Scotland ! More information will follow soon !"

Any Crawling happening from mid Nov to Mid Dec?

Not sure if I will have my rig built and running, but just in case!:lmao:

Unfortunately i've disabled my Facebook account just now so i can't see the latest events schedule. I've undergone some eye surgery and there's been complications so i won't be attending any meets anytime soon.

If you have a Facebook account and search for "RC Scale Scotland" and request to join and say Tam advised you, you'll find a lot of like minded friendly Scottish crawling fans who can advise."thumbsup"

That's really bad about your surgery, I hope you have some better news and recover soon.

I'm actually a member of the group but I have also disabled my Facebook recently due to the large amount of spam, crap posts and adverts etc... Maybe I'll have to re-activate it when I can be bothered with it!

Thanks for the reply, speedy recovery
