Has anyone else had issues using the blackfridayfun coupon codes?? It's saying their expired already even though they are good through Monday???

Wasn't sure if here or chitchat would be bes please move if necessary thx

i placed an order 2 weeks ago, used the "free for every $50" code for the Kong hook. got my paid items, still no hook.....

i despise ordering directly from rc4wd. always slow "handling" times

Not sure on the black friday codes.

I did have to put "free tow hook" in the comment section cause the free hook code was acting up last week for me too.

I heard the rc4wd stateside store front/warehouse is no more, so shipping directly from them could be slower and more costly. I assume they are looking to distribute more than sell direct. Just a hunch.

I just ordered from them and the damn dhl 30 something dollar shipping charge always came up and i had to change to something more affordable

I was wondering what the deal was, tried ordering a hardbody and a bumper and they wanted $40 for shipping. Been seeing a lot of complaints about the same on the Facebook groups as well.

Its a shame, they really have some awesome products.

not even worth it. If you can just buy the product from rpp. Much better service and a 15% discount today.

That's what I ended up doing, only reason I wasn't starting there is that they didn't have a few items I wanted. So I ended up splitting it between RPP and another hobby shop.

It sucks that some of the stuff I want is only available from them directly so I'm hesitant to waste my time ordering it at all.

I've ordered from them dozens and dozens of times with no issues. Some people will say they are the worst to deal with and have had horrid experiences but I've always had 100% positive interactions with them. Wether it was new purchases and or warranty / tech / product support. I've never had issues with broken parts or replacment parts etc. Usually 1 or 2 emails and I've received info or replacement parts or part numbers for kit parts that aren't listed separate etc. So I really can't complain about them in any way, other than the coupon code not working right yesterday it's been good.

I'm not a huge fan of their support but they have been improving it. Their handling time is a bit slow though. Took a few days to ship out a fair lead.
