redcat nitro???

im thinking of buying a redcat vortex ss nitro desert racer to bash around with. I have heard good things about the redcat electric trucks but not much about the nitros. Is it worth $170? I would really like to know peoples personal experiences with them. Thanks.

my experiences with the older trucks they made were they ran half decent, but parts were hard to come by, but it seems that they have been getting more mainstream and easier to find.
