ok, im toying around ideas for stuff to do to my maxx and i cant really look at it much since i didnt bring it back to school with me. Anyway, i would like to either glue up some spider gears or get traxxas' spool for the maxx and install it in the rear end. I would do the front but i dont think i'll need it yet. Anyway, i plan on doing alot of street driving and racing with it as wheel as wheeling it. Cause my friends have some Ofna Buggies and we like to go to the dirt track and run them on that. I figured the spooled rear end would badly rinder the turning ( especially since my real truck has a welded rear end, turning sucks ) so my plan was to get a spair diff and keep one open and have one that was locked up. So my question is how easy or practical would it be for me to change out the diffs??

Ah ok. i might just leave it in then. I was worried turning would sick horribly cause my 1:1 sucks at it. But i still might change them out anyway...and i think im gonna buy a sppol from traxxas versus glueing the gears together cause if i decide i dont like it then id be kinda screwed.
