Well my buddy and I went to the track lastnight. Was a bad night. I forgot my charger, he locked his keys in the truck, lil basterds wouldnt stay off the track w/bikes, and then this happened.... if I am to tell the truth no one will believe it.

I have a short vid. but I cant upload it right now. Trying to find a converter program for it. We were not going very fast at all. MAYBE a couple mph IF that. I recieved no damage to my stampede at all.

Damage to NEW REVO= shattered upper arm, shattered drive shaft, broke lower arm.
All in all not a good night!

Revos are delicate. Fast but you can't crash or land at funny angles.

It seems with any MT you drive it and take it home broken most of the time. Speed + weight = broken truck lol

my guess is he was already broken before you crashed into each other, maybe holding on by a small piece,
if you hadn't hit each other id say the next jump he took would have showed the same damage.

Only thing i ever broke on my revo was the drive shafts...i was abusive too

Heres some vid i took when i was in the nitro gang...piles garbage too much tuning, fuel cost too much. If i was to go back to monsters it be electric or gas. No nitro...excuse the horrbile image quality, you'll just have to trust me that the car that didn't break was a revo 3.3...the other was a tmaxx...3.3 also i think

Yeah my revo was made of a weird material. Broke it on the smallest jumps and bumps or hitting a dirt clump, but when it would do some 10' jumps or cartwheel for 30 feet nothing would happen. I finally sold it after a 5 mph jump off a portable skateboard ramp which broke like $65 worth of different parts.

I have to disagree partially on this though: (It seems with any MT you drive it and take it home broken most of the time. Speed + weight = broken truck lol)

After I got rid of the Revo I got a Losi LST2 and that thing was bulletproof

I still have my LST2. It is much tougher than a Revo for sure. I loved racing that big bitch. It would clear the triple regularily at our track and only one other dude with a Revo would even try. I was a nitro nut back then. Raced in MT, Truggy and Buggy. Burn't me out and now I just crawl. lol

but how did you hit? was it head on, or another way? also several factors could have played to this event, a tiny breakage as some had said, just hit at the wrong angle also.

We hit w/him going straight and me hitting him w/left a armish area from what we can gather?
