I am looking into the Ripsaw tires for a “rock racer” type rc that I am currently gathering parts for.
From my review, I see that the Ripsaw comes in two different compounds, R35 and a “Normal” (not sure the correct term) type compound.
I would like for people that have first hand experience using these tired to comment. Please feel free to state the good, bad and anything else about these tires.
Note: I will be running them in a 2.2 size

Thanks

The regular Ripsaw tires are junk. Avoid them. The Ripsaws in R35 compound are good tires. The Ripsaws came out a long time ago and there are better tires these days.

if you are referring to the tires that come on the rtr wraith, they are junk, harder compound and not very good at anything except taking up space on a wheel for a spare...

the kit wraith had the better tire compound R35, but as has already been said, there are much better tires to run for what you want than the ripsaws...
