Sacramento Scaler GTG/Comps

glad you guys like the pictures... just don't leave ur doritos laying around while at oroville...

Mike there's always next time we head out there, we gotta meet up soon to work out the details about your guys findings.

Comp this weekend, we just need to pick a day and time :lmao:

sounds good to me, sat or sun anytime, hopefully close to home. i have 40+ gates and a timer and clipboard. if you don't have somewhere picked out we might try the school in EDH. any format you guys want, just want to run some gates with the G-ride and maybe get some stick time with the XR on the side.

We are hitting up folsom behind the rodeo on saturday and some guys will be at the fish hatchery in oroville on sunday.

Lets comp at the rodeo grounds Sat. Upper section and the place on the left. Bypass the slabs by the river with the poison oak. They are going to be quite a ways apart so do we set up once course and move to the next or both and switch off? I'm thinking option 1 but open.

i work sat at 3pm but am im down for a comp. r ther gna be any rules or a certian amount of scale items needed?

This is going to just be a informal comp/fix until AWCC :lmao: EDIT Just 1.9 scale rigs. If you only have a 2.2 scaler go ahead and bring it, but just know most of the terrain will probably be for 1.9. Plus 2.2 tires will have a 5-10 minute penalty. NO dig or 4ws. No spare tire changes or any of that. Parker is heading to AZ hehe. This is just going to be for fun so come and have fun. We're trying to get something regular going in Sac but need to wait until after AWCC

Mike, Mike, John are you down for meeting around 8:30 and everyone else can start showing up around 9? Or text me and lmk what you guys think.

thanks for the day guys, it was good practice for AWCC except for the oak leaves. got some good winch time in and my friend Brandon got a little taste of the scale bug.

Mike S. and Mike P. and Martin and i setup a 50 gate course that Sam ran around in 28 mins. or so for fastest time i think, awesome time for the work needed on some of the slick sections and winch lines. Martin should have results later i think.
