Rather than use the stock body posts and pins i drew up and print some mounts that use 6mm neodymium magnets and M3 nylon screws to hold the mounts in place. They're working out great so far.
Anything in the works to replace the rear hinge? I don't find it useful to leave the body hinged while working on the trucks or changing batteries. Actually kind of find it frustrating.

Yes, I just finished making a setup to work with a rear shock tower/bumper that i print (not my design) then I'll make something to replace the stock hinge. The rear mounts on the body are the arms to keep the height shorter.

On my Deadbolt I took the screws out and used body pins. Can still flip it to change or unplug the battery but to work on it pull the 2 pins and the body comes off. Best of both worlds.
