been looking for a while. trying to find something that would work as shock boots on the rc4wd ultimate scale shocks.. the ones for the white shocks are just too big. i was thinking about using bendy straws but kinda worried that they wont collapse or they might hinder the shock movement.

im looking for something like this from an old old set of tamiya or kyosho shocks.

that is a rubber boot that collapes with the shock. course it is not a working shock anymore."thumbsup"

I tried to resize a set of RC4WD boots but couldn't come up with a means of reconnecting the edges. Try searching ebay for motorcycle starter cable boots or bicycle brake cable boots. I picked up some and they seem to fit, but I haven't gotten any new shocks yet to try them on.

Mountainbike "V-Brake" Noodle boots.

Go to your local Bicycle shop, and ask for some v-brake noodle boots. They come in a lot of different styles and durometers.

And their cheap.
