I got slinky running today. First rig I've seen that can climb standard house stairs.

Pretty damn cool if I say so myself!

I have to appologize for the video/pics. Hard to run four channels and a camera at once.

heres an animated gif of slink climbing the stairs. Notice the wheelbase extend at the bottom of the stairs.
(about 500k)

Heres a shakey and really dark video:
About 6 megs so dialups take heed!

Thanks for looking!

Thanks EeePee!

I was out driving it today, it'll do some crazy things.

I got highcentered on a rock, hit the WB extend and it tipped over like a teeter totter and kept going. To cool.

Got started on another crawler today. I NEED HELP.
:D

EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dude, that's my type of thing. awesome! that's the only truck i've ever seen do stairs, they are tricky. you need the "perfect wheelbase"

Thanks guys,
Next project is an aluminum frame clod.

I went overboard on complication with slinky, so I thought I'd balance that with a dirt simple clod crawler. Got it about 90% complete yesterday. Just gotta bolt shocks on and stick the esc/receiver in.

Slinky is HEAVY. I went and ran it over at Grizz's last night. Seemed to work really well. I think I'll redo it in an aluminum frame to cut the weight down. (weighs about 12lbs on Grizz's $4 fish scale)

I'm rarely happy with my first rev on anything that complicated!
