I know something is slipping on my tf2 it seems like the slipper but I had it all apart and it looked to be on good condition, i put it back together but the tf2 still slips it can barely move. Spur just spins no matter how much I tighten the slipper. Any ideas?

Is your servo fully engaging the gears? I know when I first set mine up when I would shift into high gear the servo wasn't moving far enough to engage the tranny.

I fitted some wheels on mine, can't remember but used the shallow hex's by mistake and was actually clamping the rim to the axle, not the hex to the pin.

Worth a check

Had similar problem when switching to 3S. Like Johnnysplits said Clutch Glazed, gave 'er a quick scuff and was good to go again
