It's NOT the marina. It is the boat ramp. The road has a sign and it's right beside the big bridge.

FROM THE NORTH From I-40, take Exit 273 toward Smithville / McMinnville. Follow TN-56 South for about 4 miles. Turn RIGHT onto the Hurricane boat ramp before you cross the big bridge over the lake.
FROM THE SOUTH From the intersection of U.S. 70 and State Route 56, follow TN-56 North for about 6 miles. Turn LEFT onto the Hurricane boat ramp just after the bridge.

So this is a trail-ride right? I've got about two or three hours to stay, so I plan on being there at 9 sharp. LOL

Yeah man. Come out and stay as long as you can. We are usually there early and try to start by 9-9:30 at the latest.
