those appear to be either hotracing or some other cheap company. they arent much better than the stock gears, i would just wait till rc4wd gets some gears back in stock.
Ive used the Hot Racing gears. They are a little better than stock, but still broke. Ive used the Axial HD gears. They are better than the HR gears, but subject to popping/gear skipping. I use the RC4WD gears now. Mesh is loose, but they dont pop or break.
