I've come across what is described as 0.4 or 0.5 module sized gears and figured that the stock pinions correspond with one of these sizes.

old thread but I happened to come across this info and thread both by accident lately "thumbsup"
from what i saw on micro T forums
the stock pitch is called 0.3 mod I believe
the same pitch on all the losi micro Pinions and spurs
also stock pinion 10T stock spur 54T
