IC-2000 Is the only way to go. Small bottle about $5, larger bottle a couple dollars more. Stuff has been around for a long time. Use some Insta-Set to help speed up the process.

i just bought a bottle of that from my LHS. The stuff works great. It sets up rather quick and can withstand the power of the Racers Edge .32 in my Savage.

Nice work man, I am currently doing a set of masher 2ks and narrowing tires is a PIA. I have been using a rubber based black CA to glue mine which is branded by my LHS but someone makes it for them...its probably that ic2000 stuff.
