T1E ''Ti Fighter''

Wow ! axles are killer. Graphics are awesome. Neil does some nice work. Now the big question. Will the axles be available and if so how do I get a set ..............

John (SDS Customs) just told me that they are going on pre-sale. Everyone PM him for price and info. "thumbsup"

If production versions are to be realeased, is the scrub radius going to be addressed in that knuckle/wheel offset design?

Thay will, John just needs alittle time to recoop. He was working 20 hrs a day for some time so we would get these before nats..

It was made this way so we could reach ledges better, Witch it does. When we startes crawling years ago we wanted this but as time past people got lazy and just started adding weight instead of tuning. All this extra weight over worked the servo's(333oz back in the day, Now were pushing over 500oz). With a lighter truck and stronger servo's its coming back again.

I got to see those axles yesterday when I met 2g's and whoodie for some practice, and all I can say about en is wa wa wa wa wooooow, the pics don't do em justice they are nice and really light. I didn't get much practice though since I was drooling over those axles and my truck took a fall and I broke an axle stubb shaft, didn't even get to go through 1 battery:cry:.

Truck looks sweet!!!! I like the Droid Killer hahahha
Thanks, I love that too

Had a great time even if it was cut short "thumbsup".

Just a update, we have a comp ready rig right at 4lbs with weight in the wheels. Changed the shocks and man what a differance. Also got some RS speedos, These things are sweet.

Im running 9t pinions and thay are pretty good. Super smooth start up and crazy wheel speed. I wish i had some 7's or 8's to try. I dont recommend these for any rig weighing more than 4lbs.
Those are proline scx shocks with mini t springs. Thay are smaller and lighter. Better CG with them upside down to.

Wow now I really cant wait to see this rig run "thumbsup"
Very nice looking foward to seeing it in person more and more:)

What is that like brushless motor in there?

The mongoose motor was not in it when I was at Greg's ranch to test. He had the mini pullers in it at the time. I think he was waiting on the Tekin ESC's at the time. The Novak ESC's leave a lot to be desired in terms of tuning options as we all know Novak products do. He had already run the Mongoose motors and ESC's and they did not perform stellar. But apparently the Tekin ESC with the Mongoose Motor works well which means I might have to switch up my 1.9 mini Moon Buggy set up.
