Tactial Vehicles RC Scorpion

yea those links look worse than stock clod links .... doesnt look like it will do any good at all . but like there website says "This is a TRUE rock-crawler, far beyond the toy category!"
might buy one when they come out just to see how well the pros of full size do at building mini's

i would love to see the body on that thing used on some scale projects. i think it would be right up jwrape's alley. just think... a premade tuber type shell. probably plastic but who the hell gives a rip.

I'll steal the wheels and tires off it if they are worth a dam. lol

They wont be that great. The same company will be making Rubicons and Broncos. They will be sold at Wal-Mart only. i saw them in Moab during EJS, they didn't have the scorpion yet though.

i got this email from scorpion,

The price for the complete model will be under $200, so the expectations
should be modest. This is a real entry-level to get folks excited about the
sport. Watch your local Wal-Mart this July!

Ira Chandler

i asked for specs but it didnt happen.

I talked with these people for quite a while at EJS. RCC will be recieving one to do a review on. Keep in mind these will not keep up with our ~$1000+ crawlers but they do offer something to those that only want to spend about $150.

Hey Jason I knew that you knew, because they told me about you :flipoff:

No its not New Bright - I cant think of the company right now though.

Jason - I meant to talk with you and introduce myself, but either I was busy or you were... I seen Aron(that how his name spelled?) take Bastard up Potato Salad Hill a few times -- Lookin good!

yea I was there with him at Potato Salad hill with him, we were doing a promotion. Then thursday and friday we were at the Mastercraft booth all day.

You should have said something.
