Tactical flashlight LED for headlight

Has anyone used one including the optics? Couldn't find anything in the search.

They're super cheap.

Had a local guy do this, was super irritating.

When being blinded by one flashlight won't do, may as well make it two [emoji23]

I used 12v LED automobile marker bulbs. They worked out great! Nice and bright and for less then $10 they're well worth the money. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/electronics/606700-12v-leds.html You can see the package on that thread.
