Will this esc and a Tekin Spec R 13.5 motor be OK to use for a crawler?

13.5 turns seems a bit low for a crawler, what crawler do you have?

Yes, should be fine. Just gear down appropriately, and be sure to up the drag brake a bit.

Do you already own one or are you wanting to buy one?
If you own it, gear down, its not the best choice but it will work.
If you are thinking of buying one, then there are better options out there for the same price I'm sure.
Crawler motors have to be specifically designed to start up smooth and most racing motors like this one probably don't do this.
