"The Exocutioner" a Class 3 solid axle Wrexo

The power plant has been wired and installed. I ended up using a Asia Tees trans case and a low CG FOFF motor plate.

Next up, program the ESC and double check my BEC before installation. I'm thinking about making a mount on the drivers side for the lipo to offset the weight of the motor. The ESC and all should fit under the hood just fine.

I missed this update. Too busy trying to win stuff. :flipoff:

that motor looks like fun.

How are Holmes motors? Wanna try one just haven't heard squat about them,
Not sure yet. But there are reviews in the electronics section.

I got my shipment from Freqeskinz and went to work. Here's the transmitter.

Then I installed my wrap on the Exo panels. I overlapped the vinyl and used some clear fingernail polish to seal it down to help keep it all in place.

And here are the panels in "mock up mode"

nice and clean man. love the stance.

how much does she come in at for weight?
Thanks MJ "thumbsup". I'm not sure on how heavy it is, I'll weigh it once I get closer to being done.

I got a set of Vp JK light bar mounts on here in the classifieds the other day. So I ground off roughly 1/8" on each side of the VP Rigid light bar I got from CKRC and used 4 scale screws to mount it.

Next up I broke out my LEDs and the soldering iron and made up some lights for the rear. I used two red 5mm LEDs on the outer two spots and two white LEDs in the middle. I'm still working on getting a fuel cell for the back end. Once my MIP drive shafts show up I'll start getting the rest of the power train nailed down. Once I've got things nailed down there I'll move on to wiring it all up.

Im gonna have to remember that. And the rig is looking better and better.

Good tip on gluing the wrap to the panels.

Thanks guys. I'm hoping it holds up as well as I think it will.

As of now it comes in at 6.6 lbs without the lipo (1350 mah) and 3 of the panels. It should come in around 7lbs rtr.

So I found this little in line 12v wireless controller on Ebay for under $3 shipped. I plan on wiring it in to the LEDs to have some lighting effects while the ESC is off waiting for my turn to run. I plan on wiring up the LEDs and the red ring on my Angel eyes to this.

I'm still waiting on these to come in, but here are the Angel eyes I have coming for the front.

I got the electronics all in place. The ESC fits right in this hole up front perfectly. It was almost like I planned this stuff out as I was building it.

The wiring is all done except for my front LEDs and the controller.
The lipo will reside on this side.

I made this platform for the bulk of the wires and the RX. I waterproofed it with dielectric grease before installation. The BEC was plugged on both ends with liquid electrical tape too. I should be good to go as far as waterproffing the electronics go. I'm going to go over the servo one more time before I call it all good though just to be safe.

I got my Integy light housings in from Greenville Hobbies and bolted them on the BGR bumper.

They were $10 and made of alloy. Not bad at all in my opinion. They hold a 3mm LED.

I also got in my extended male MIP from Supershafty to fix this issue.

Next up was to make some mounts for my Angel Eye LEDs using these to holes.

I chopped up the wraith left overs and made these. A little CA glue followed by a good coat of Shoogoo had them firmly mounted.

Here's the finished product.

With just the red Halo on...

And finally with both LEDs on.

Hey hoosierdady...the skinz on the exo roof could they be layed on a flat piece or does it have the indentions for the roof cowls??
