The history of RC racing video.

1979 i got my first RC, it was a 3.5 CCM nitro car from Graupner and in the 1:8 size.
So you can argue with little risk of loosing that i was thrown in at the deep end. :mrgreen:
There was a huge gap after that where i did not own any RC, but most of the people i know did and so i just raced / flew / sailed their stuff, thats also a lot cheaper if you break something.


1978 i got a wire operated plane, also nitro, but that i quickly turned into a pile of broken plastic.
Anyway round and round and round was no fun.


I think i qualify as a VET.
