I'll take a broken stock berg axle over a bling'd out XR any day!
Just broke the second stock 3rd gear in 9 days or about 6 packs. I put in a complete set of new gears and all new bearings when replacing the broken gear a few days ago.
Has anyone else with a set of the recent sds 300 2nd and 3rd's had an issue assembling them? I haven't been able to get them assembled due to the pin hole being arc'd and the pin not being straight and lining up with the slot in the larger gears. The 3rd is worse than the 2nd.

Just installed my SDS small 3rds before the comp and they went in..
No issues other than being a little tight in the big gear bore. Just tapped them with a brass slug and they went together fine..
