Voting for Johnson essentially adds another vote for Obama, imo. I like Johnson, I'd like to vote for Johnson, but in this election he might as well not be a candidate. Too many things need to change before independents stand a chance, and it doesn't start w/ one of them being elected President.

I dont think anyone is an idiot for picking a candidate and voting for that person (the idiots are those that DONT vote). I do not, however, think that voting for one person gives votes to another candidate.

I cant show you those figures, but I can show you plenty of other people who, like you would like to vote for one person, but choose another because they want to pick a sure winner.

If you want change, it has to start somewhere. "thumbsup"

I applaud your act of voting, but i really have to question why you vote for someone you don't think can do the job. I would rather vote with the minority for someone i believe in than vote with the majority for the lesser of two evils. By the way that's what the two douche party wants you to believe. IE if you vote for an independent party you are throwing away your vote. That way they get to keep all the power.

Thats the problem, write in's can not get electoral votes, therefore can not win an election.

Thats why Johnson not being in my state and I believe 3 others means his chances are slim at best.
