The Warehouse GTG & U4RC - Dec 14th

Carolina Scale Crawlers would like to do one more RC session before the season gets too crazy for everyone! I am having a GTG at our warehouse in Boiling Springs on Sunday (Dec 14th)! I have something different in the mix and it should be rather interesting to see who finishes first.. Planning on drawing names randomly and running single file Recon inspired lines like you would play follow the leader. Hit a gate go to the back of the line, simple and easy to follow! Would like to do the U4RC race in the same spot we used for the original TTC/KOH last year.. Should make for a fun time and great footage, let's do work drivers!

Come join in on the fun Sunday morning, we will start crawling around 9:30ish -10:00 AM Sharp.. Shouldn't be too chilly yet but bring extra layers just in case. I have posted up pictures and info to the place (Warehouse Hwy 9) and would highly recommend checking it out.

Power/H20/Air Compressor etc etc will be closely available. This is also conveniently located right off of Boiling Springs Highway #9 right next to the Ingles!

The location is directly off of HWY 9 / 2120 Boiling Springs Rd. I have a warehouse located 2 houses on the right once you pass the Ingles. That will be the best place to park if you have a car or a lot of stuff. I have plenty of power/air compressor/room to work on your rigs there! Great idea Derrick, I will have to scope it out one day this week to see what we are working with. It has been quite some time since I have been out there to be honest.. I am sure the cold weather is taking its effects on all the growth out there, so that should help out hopefully! "thumbsup"

Of course yall would start up the U4 races again after I used mine for the JKWroncho build.....

Guess I'll have to ask Santa for Yeti to play with next....


I do have a couple of Slash 4x4s tho.... They legal for the U4 racing?

It's really just for fun anyways so bring whatever you want.. I think you would be better off with a scaler or u4 rig though, might be rather tough without that ground clearance! Again I don't know much ab racing but I do know it will be tricky for that type of rig.

Momentum will get ya thru almost anything.... :lmao:

I'll bring mine and look at the course. It probably has more ground clearance than Derrick's slammed Yeti..... "thumbsup"

Sounds good, it will be the same course/area we ran for the KOH/Ultra4! I will be changing a few things up with it though, so we will see how well they do..
