THIS is a burnout

Where is the 4th gear, 120 mph burnout? And how is this proven?

Just looked like a bunch of power braking to me.

the last two burnouts. you can watch him shift lol. and i dont need to prove it to anyone. i was there. been good freinds for alot of years.
no power braking, its line lock ;)

edit, just rewatched your right in the big one at the end the footage starts with him already in 4th. sorry. my mistake.

Hey, I may be a 'stang owner... but I still appreciate a good burnout! Even if it is a POS Chevy!!!! :flipoff: NICE!!!! "thumbsup"

now stang, we need to meet up after i get my Z28 running and take a few vids of our cars, then they wont need proof

what can i say......ITS A CHEVY!!!!!!!!

thats why the ford was soo cool, becouse they suck:flipoff: .....i didnt see it, but im guessing it was only a one wheel burner....see how the chevy locked up.......oh ya

I think that is where the phrase, "Drive it like ya Stole it" came from!

That car looks like alot of fun, He!! of a good burn-out.

These were the winners. Second one went three times.

Here you go:

Red Smoke

Winged Vette

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

do you get paid to do this ? ? ? tire sponsor of some sort ? ? ? or maybe a lot of cash to drop on tires ? ? ?

even though i agree that the last one when the car disappears is cool; what a waste of rubber. guess after buying 1:1 wheeling tires you get a different outlook.

non the less cool vid ! ! ! !

no sponsors, no money. just for the passion of cars.
some times he'd win a trophy, some times $50, one time a new set of tires.

The two guys that I posted...both blew the tires. I think it is bragging rights more than anything. I'll stay with bragging that my tires lasted 10K miles and keep the money in my wallet for better things...like RC Crawlin.

heres a set of the tires, i think these were from the Texas Heatwave show burnout contest if my memory serves me correctly. i think he won a trophy. ive saved them cause im putting slicks on the cheap aluminum rims.

there was loose rocks on the road where the contest was, those rocks are permenatly imbedded forever. rubber must have been like butter until it cooled locking the rocks in

I'd just hit the pick&pull for rims and tires that will fit if I was going to do something like that, then see if the local tire shop would throw replaced tires my way"thumbsup"
