Well it's that time. I'm up for a new cell phone. I have a Blackberry Curve right now and it's been a great phone, but I would like some new features some of these new phones have. I'm looking at some of the new Slide phones. I like the larger brighter screens, Covers over the keys and a full key pad.

I'm looking at these three Phones

HTC Fuze, Samsung Impression and the Pantech Matrix Pro...

Anyone have one of these phones? I have ATT and I don't want to buy the Media package.. So that might cancel out the HTC Fuze. Anyone know if you have to have the Media package with the HTC Fuze?

well it's not on your list....but I would get an Iphone if I was one.....most handy tool/phone EVER....even if you don't buy the internet...you can still use it for free when there is wifi.
I'm REALLY addicted to my iphone...I will never buy another phone at this point.

Right now on AT&T you MUST buy the Media on the Fuze and the iPhone. They do it to protect you from a high bill when you don't have it.

I have had the samsung eternity for about 5 months and its great. Kinda like the iphone. when you text you just turn it sideways and it has a full size keyboard on screen. Has a great camera on it. 3 mega pixels.
I keep screensavers on it so it doesnt get scratched up.
Pantechs are crap. Every one ive seen has been broken!!
Heard nothing about the fuze. Samsung gets better reviews, My samsungs have always seemed to get a better signal than any other phones. I work on the river and i would be able to make calls when the other guys couldnt with their phones.

I love my iphone, and I loved my old blackberry as well.

If it were me, I would wait for the new iphone, or grab up the Blackberry bold.

I have had the lg vu and liked It Im looking at the nokia e71x I like that the case is aluminum on them so its durible I work In the metal fab and install industry and need a strong pnone, I usually work on 2-3 story houses and watching your phone slide off the roof is interesting:shock:

I've been using the same phone since 2005. 3 out of 10 times I open it up, it causes an issue and phone shuts down and takes a few needed drops to get it to work again.:)

The iphone has to carry the Data Plam.. I don't want to pay $30 extra a month for that.

I have the lg zenon with att my data plan is $10 a month. I got it because it has touch screen and the keypad. I have been happy with it so far about 3 mo. I work construction and got the plastic case for it and it has held up well.

buy a used one online and unlock it...you can use it like any other phone at that point...AT&T does not know you have a iphone.
then after you get addicted to your new iphone you will be happy to pay the data plan fee...lol

Ended up getting the Samsung Impression.. It was Free... very impressive phone too.
