Front and rears??????
general consensus seems to be around 7oz in each front and 3 in the rear. i ll be trying a set of losis with 6.5/7 in each front and 2 to 3 in each rear. i think i have 18oz of weights here, so pretty sure it ll be around 7 f and 2 r
None front or rear, why make your rig heavier? Any weight you add to your rig you have to push or pull up a rock.;-) Change your tire and foam setup."thumbsup"
AX-10 Axles
Eritex solids
Panther softs with single Panther Memory foams
RC4WD R2 enclosed
Custom droop chassis
2 3/4" GC
Rig weight 6.5 lbs.;-)
so you are adding 2 1/3 strip of weight too each front rim??Thats what im running and it helped alot. 7.25 oz in front with stock rims and panthers. 3.25 per rear.

That would have helped on the wall the other weekend!!!:shock:Thanks for everyones help!
I'm going too add 6oz to the fronts with proline rims and 3oz to the rears....BadLands....
We will see how she does!.......
Hmm, climbs OK to me.:roll:Add weight to your wheels and you'll know why, like day and night they dont climb worth 2 cents without weighted front wheels:ror:

Most of the time weight drags you off of things and adds stress to you drive line. People who can't setup suspensions use a lot of weight. Play with your link, shock, and tire/foam setup.;-)
Read through entire this tread. It has info that everyone should know.

If you compare the two trucks. Scale you are running 700 lb of weight in your front wheels, how much water are they putting in their tires maybe 20 lbs.i guess you know more than all the 1:1 competition rigs in xrra and the various rock crawling circuits across the country who ALL run water in their tires for the same reason we add lead weights to the wheels...????
