Yep! I love them! My TLT had plenty of punch when them.EeePee said:Hey meng, are those the CPB 2500 4/5As?
I can't quite tell.
So far with the testing I have done so far I would say no. They provide plenty of power but the 1100 cells do not provide long enough run time for me. And the biggest downfall to them is there weight, I think my TLT climbs better with a little more weight on the front links/axle then the 18T packs provide.Frkan said:so badger, would you recomend the 18t packs for a tlt?
I figure reducing weight from up high, and then adding the difference to the wheels/tires with lead, or BBs would be the ticket.badger said:...I think my TLT climbs better with a little more weight on the front links/axle then the 18T packs provide.
That was my original plan, but I don't know if the TLT axles/stub axles can handle the additional weight without breaking more often. And with a slightly heavier pack on the links I just don't see it worth the trouble to add weight to the wheels/tires.EeePee said:I figure reducing weight from up high, and then adding the difference to the wheels/tires with lead, or BBs would be the ticket.
These are smaller then the SubC cells that almost everyone runs.EeePee said:I bet those GP2200s are the cat's meow, just somewhat large in comparison to your others.
It depends on how well they peak. I have three packs and only 1 comes close to peaking at 1000-1100 Mah, the other two always false peak at closer to 600-700 Mah which does not provide good run times. Will said:Badger, how long of runtimes do you get with the 18t packs?
Yeah no kidding! My GP3700 packs from cheapbatterypacks.com peak at 4100+ occasionally. :shock:EeePee said:2700 mAh!?
Yep. It keeps the battery from sliding front to back during crashes, and keeps the battery from sliding to close to the motor and shorting out on the endbell.EeePee said:Where's the little velcro soul patch go? Top of the servo?
