Toyota body for trx-4?

I have searched to no avail looking for a 79-83 toyota hilux body that would fit my trx4 bronco.

Anybody know anybody that would have one? I also need a topper for the back of it. I am trying to make a small version of my 1983 toyota trekker 4x4 which is the prelude to the 4 runner with full inside with seats in the back made by Toyota and Winnebago . There was only 2500 made in the early 80's.

Probably the closest thing you'll find without scratch building. It's not going to be a drop on body but could be done with some minor modding to get the mounts to work and shortening the rear links and drive line to accommodate the shorter wheelbase.

Imthatguy was building a Trekker not too long ago.

It is based on a RC4WD cab so it would be pretty narrow for a TRX4 but it should give you an idea.

Holy Cr*p somebody built the back of my trekker in rc scale, amazing! But i don think its gonna fit on my trx4 too skinny im thinking?

Yeah, the RC4WD body is narrow compared to the axle width on the TRX4, it would end up looking like this:

Unless your Trekker is on 1 ton axles and rolling on 48 inch tires, it probably won't look very scale.
