Toys-R-Us is now carrying the Venom bikes, HPI E10 Touring Cars, and a Traxxas Rustler.

Here is a link to their Hobby Grade section

The Rustler is way over priced. It's $334.99 for the XL-5 version, which is normally around $175. The E10s are also priced about $50 over Tower Hobbies' price.

What was that x-crawlee thing on toys-r-us site? Says it's a 1:12 crawler that looked relatively capable in the video. It's MOA.

I can almost swear that toys-r-us sold the original Tamiya Blackfoot when I was a little kid. Probably others as well I just always wanted a blackfoot when I was little.

your right they did carry the tamiya black foot, back in the day they had all the r/c in a big glass case for us young kids to drool at all i rember was the asking price was crazy, like retell compaired R/C car action prices in the mag

That thing looks like a pos for $160. I wouldn't buy that junk if it was made of gold.

The one I went to as a kid did 25+ years ago, that one had Blackfoots and Monster Beetles, of course MRC was importing/distributing the Tamiya stuff here in the States at the time too.

I also have seen Traxxas products at an Auto parts store recently. I think it was Pep Boys. WAY overpriced there aswell.

I randomly caught word of that as well... from a buddy on the east coast... I personally haven't seen it; I live in Kansas...:lmao:

i have one of the mpro trucks, though i got id from radio shack when it was propulse, and for $50 less. nice trucks though.
