trail doctor XL's... foam or not....

im going to run the new trail doctor XL's on some stock car rims. do i need to run foams in these? im going to get the soft version, so there the stiffest ones they make...

I use foams, but i run the ultra soft ones and i dont know if there is a huge diffrens between them, i use the foams from rc4wd rock stompers.
