Traxxas turnbuckle length and thread?

I am trying to order some Traxxas Turnbuckles as 4 links for a 1.9 scaler. Does anyone know the advertised length is from

A. exposed link length
B. length from rod end to rod end
C. length from ball collar (center) to ball colllar? <-not shown in pix

Also, does all Traxxas Turnbuckle rod end has 3mm thread hole and ball collars? Thank you

The center to center length 127mm

The length of the rod itself is 116mm
