traxxas xl5 yellow version ...lipo cut off !!!!

It usually runs fine

Everywhere I look says 4-8 cells 9.6v max. I see that low voltage cut off was advertised on the case on the new xl5 making me believe it was a new feature.

I googled around and didn't see anything about the yellow version having a cutoff. I wouldn't suggest that ESC for a crawler, though because it has no drag brake.
