I have a TXT-1, but I'd like to convert it to using an E-maxx transmission.. however.. I want to be able to use both gears.. I want to be able to shift it. Thundertech no longer makes the conversion kit.. or at least i can't find one.. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the transmission to shift.. or knows where i can buy, or someone who can make me the pieces for the shift linkage and servo plate for this modification. I would be willing to pay a bit of money for someone who can make something like this for me, if anyone is offering.;-)

Try to make one yourself first instead of letting someone else do it for you,
you will allot and its pretty fun/satisfying to make parts yourself to"thumbsup"
Try and if you fail time and time again, yup then its time to call in some help ;-)

try www.rc4wd.com i know they make a snazzy little mount that lets the maxx tranny bolt right in.

dude, he's in japan, their hardware stores suck.
that aside,
try aluminum angle, the stuff shaped like an L. about 25mm on a side
measure out the holes for the transmission and drill those.
use a hack saw to cut the sides of a notch then bend the tab down and leave it bent to put servo tape on.
drill a couple of servo mount holes.
clamp the piece of angle to the txt chassis, and drill the holes to match.
bolt everything up
make some linkage for your servo, you can use bent piano wire, coat hanger, long nail, throttle linkage, etc.
