Why is it next to impossible to upload pictures to this site. Ive paid my dues, literally. Why are attachments so hard to upload? And why don’t you have the ability to like a post? It can be kinda stupid Like on FB, but at least gives The poster acknowledgment that the reply was received.

I dont bother to try to upload to an album i use an image hosting site (Imgur)
This post walks through how to use them.

We used to have "likes" but they've been disabled in favor of forcing more interactions to generate more revenue, which was not a very popular change. Theres a super long thread discussing this but it went no where basically.

I have got into a few image hosting sites in the past but they all seem to die.

I will check for those discussions though, maybe try and bring that back to life. I guess forums are deaad.

Unfortunately that thread is locked, the main mod at the time got tired of having to explain why the owner decided to do this.

Image hosting sites dying is really shitty as they've wiped out tons of build threads and forum posts of all kinds. You could check your browser add ons to see if theres a photobucket fix, these can restore some dead PB links.

Anyway you want to look for image hosting site that will stick around for a while, Imgur looks like one of the safer bets at the moment.
